The data controller is Paros ("we"), domiciled in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. This policy complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

- Account data: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
- Location data: approximate location to show you nearby destinations and Hosts (with your permission).
- Usage data: how you interact with the app, what listings you view, your searches.
- Communications: messages you send to other users within the platform.
- Technical data: device type, operating system, install identifiers.
3. How we use it
- To operate the platform and connect you with Hosts and Travelers.
- To send notifications related to your requests and messages.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and behavior contrary to the terms.
- To improve the product experience through aggregated analytics.
4. Third parties
We share data with service providers such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, push notification services, and the WhatsApp Business API when you choose to communicate via that channel. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. Your ARCO rights
Under LFPDPPP you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data. You may also revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, write us at privacidad@paros.mx.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk.
7. Minors
Paros is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
